By accessing and using Kodi Track ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Kodi Track is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for rental property management in Kenya. The service includes property management, tenant management, rent collection via M-Pesa, communication tools, and financial reporting.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in Kenya
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Our service operates on a subscription basis:

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed via M-Pesa or other approved payment methods
• Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

5. Data Protection and Privacy

6. Acceptable Use Policy

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kodi Track shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will provide you with an export of your data for a reasonable period.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
